Based on our initial assessment, we develop a cleaning specification and plan tailored to your environment. We select the appropriate cleaning methods, equipment, and environmentally friendly products to ensure optimal results.

We always ask to present our plan in person as this enables open communication from the start, one of the fundamental elements of a successful team.

Compliance

Adhering to all industry regulations and safety standards we ensure a safe working environment for our team and your staff.

Communication and Management

We are firm believers in keeping communication channels consistently open. We like to get to know our clients and for you to get to know us, so we encourage frequent face to face contact as much as feasibly possible.

The nearby location of operational management enables regular audit visits with clients and ad hoc visits to our teams.

Our staff receive on site specific training and are monitored by their Supervisor, or Manager. Whenever possible we prefer to introduce our staff to our clients, but realise that hours of work do not always make this practical. However, our staff are identifiable to you through their uniform or lanyard.

We operate a logging system which is operated mainly through mobile phone apps or QR code systems. Occasionally where this is not possible, we request that our office cleaning operatives have the facility to an on-site phone line allowing them to ‘log in and out’ through an automated messaging service. These services are monitored and serve dual purpose as they not only cover the required level of care for the lone workers but also alerts us to react to any unforeseen absenteeism.

Continuous Monitoring

Our management will conduct quality control audit meetings on a frequency to be agreed, being anything from weekly to bi monthly. The frequency is chosen with consideration to the size and content of the contract, team in place and customer requirements. These are reviewed by our Directors and, actioned accordingly. All audits are constructive as they help us maintain the quality of service we are proud of.
